About Us
Our homeowners association was organized in 1997 to maintain Trevi's common grounds. Residents pay an annual assessment to offset the cost of mowing and maintaining the commons. Each year the trustees also pursue an improvement to a part of the subdivision. Spring Cleaning Day, a summer garage sale weekend and a neighborhood fall festival are also Trevi traditions.
Dues are currently $100 per year. See the covenants for more details.
Trevi Gardens' amenities include:
- Springfield utilities
- Chatham schools, one of the best educational systems in the region
- a fishing pond and walking trail
- Southwind Park, Springfield's newest jewel of public space
And our great LOCATION offers easy access to Interstates 55 & 72, Lake Springfield, Knight's Action Park, the University of Illinois' Springfield campus and Lincoln Land.
The Huntington Ridge Apartments are located within our neighborhood.
